Pedido cancelado na VTEX com o status ready-for-handling

Estou com um pedido que está cancelado na plataforma VTEX, porém ao consultar o feed, o pedido aparece com o status ready-for-handling e deveria aparecer como cancelado.

Vira e mexe isso acontece com alguns pedidos. É só abrir um ticket com o pedido cujo status está incorreto que eles corrigem
