I have a couple of questions related with the shared cart feature:
- How can I reset the orderFormId? Use case: When logged as a callcenter user and the user generates the shared cart url and it is shared with the customer, the callcenter agent needs to start attending a different customer and then needs another orderformid, otherwise it will be sharing 2 customers the same shared cart url.
- After some test I have found that there is no traceability of an order generated by a callcenter user that was shared with a customer via the shared cart url and then completed by the customer.
