I added the Clarity script to the page’s head, however the script is not showing up when viewing the page source.
Does the script work in a dev environment?

Clarity won’t work in a Development environment due to the platform’s initial login. In other words, it needs an “open environment” to work properly.
However, if you’re just trying to check whether the connection is being made, it’s worth validating the domain you registered in Clarity — whether it was the store’s domain or the staging URL.
