As we expand globally, our team started looking into new opportunities to connect our ecosystem in more meaningful ways.
We saw that our community was a core component of this strategy, but we had to evolve it to become:
- Global: English-first content and better segmentation for other languages.
- Relevant: organized discussions for all roles and user goals.
- Moderated: more participation and oversight from VTEX staff.
