Hi everyone,

Step 1: Pre-sale Product Setup

  1. Find the product you want to put on pre-sale or create a new product.

  2. In the Market Release Date field in the product Forms, enter the date you plan to launch the product in dd/mm/yyyy format. This field is a product sorting criterion for the store. To learn more about product sorting, read the article “Can I sort products according to the store’s criteria?”.

  1. Fill in the remaining product fields.
  2. Click Save and Register a new SKU or click Edit.
  3. On the SKU creation page, fill in the Estimated Arrival Date (pre-sale) field with the date the product will be available for delivery by the store in dd/mm/yyyy format.

Important: Both the launch date and the shipping calculation must be taken into account when registering the arrival date: final delivery time = delivery SLA + stock batch receiving lead time.

  1. Fill in the remaining SKU fields.
  2. Click Save to finish.

Important: The product must have stock, which can be set to infinite, and a price.

Step 2: Add the product to a collection with the TAG
