API - Update Tracking Status

Pessoal, estou utilizando a API de tracking:


Enviando no postman: "PUT"

Obtemos o retorno:

Acredito que o comando tenha sido executado com sucesso.

No OMS do pedido não vemos nenhuma modificação no tracking ou e-mail disparado para o cliente.

Que evento que deve ocorrer na plataforma após o envio do status do tracking?

Obs. Testei também o tracking = true onde seria o status de pedido entregue, também sem nenhuma ação na plataforma.

Recent changes at the Post Office have made our integration stop working, and the service responsible for this task will have to be rewritten.

The only thing necessary is a valid tracking code for each order. On the following days, as this tracking code is updated, emails should be sent, and this will obviously not happen.
