I have had a support ticket open awaiting a response for 4 days regarding the app we chose to use: B2B SUITE.
This app has several key fields that the agency Maeztra cannot make mandatory. And now here we have a B2B app from a company the size of VTEX with the optional fields shown below.
This shows it was developed purely from a technical standpoint and not in partnership with any B2B client. We were the agency’s first client to use this app, and all these issues came up during training.
We are now waiting for an answer on whether it is possible to make these fields required and whether the flow can be improved, because it is also confusing from the customer’s perspective.
