As far as I know, individual applications are not permitted, and there might be no flexibility on this rule.
Certification FAQ :: Can anyone register for a VTEX certification exam?
No, only VTEX Partners are eligible for certifications at this time. Individual developers or other professionals cannot sit for any exam.
