Hi everyone. I created a collection with specific products so that when a customer searches for the collection, only those products will appear. However, the collection is active, the products are active, and the “make collection searchable” option is also active, but the collection doesn’t show up in the search when I look for it. The idea is to have a link inside the search field? Or will the customer type in the collection name and search for it? Or list all the products from the collection on the home page as soon as the customer opens it?

You’re using VTEX IO, right?
You could maybe create a redirect. (Storefront → Intelligent Search → Redirects)
For example, if someone types “winter” they go to the winter collection page.
That’s right Saito, your alternative was excellent, however the collection I need doesn’t show up for selection — I believe it doesn’t appear because it’s a collection created within VTEX, not in the ERP. I’ll keep trying here. Thank you Saito!
Saito, I reached out to my agency and they confirmed that my search engine is indeed not finding my collections. The collection is already created, active, and has products added to it, but when I go to my site and search for it, it doesn’t show up. This happens with other active collections as well.
