I’m currently needing to add some DNS entries to a client’s store domain. To put it briefly, it’s a Web Stories installation that was handed to us, where we need to add two CNAMEs.
Would anyone know if the “installation” or the creation of two additional CNAME entries on the store’s domain can be done through the VTEX admin?
DNS configuration, such as adding CNAME entries, is typically done through the domain registrar’s admin panel (GoDaddy, Registro BR, Hostinger, Google Domains, etc.). Do you have access to that for the client’s domains?

I thought the same thing, that this type of configuration would be done where the client purchased the domain. It was more to find out if VTEX has this configuration.
And no, we don’t have access to the client’s domains, we already passed the information along to them and it was resolved. Thank you very much!!
