This error is showing up [Code #13013] There is no record of the SKU code matching this update in your account. This usually occurs when there are other issues with the SKU code. On the vast majority of my Amazon listings. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Hey @larissamaximo, how’s it going?
VTEX has a Known Issue record for this error code 13013 ![]()
And, looking at Amazon’s documentation, I found this information that might help:
Error 13013
“This SKU is not in the Amazon catalog. If you are receiving this message after submitting a multi-marketplace inventory file and the designated marketplace for this error is different than the marketplace in which you submitted your file, this error is an indication that the Detail page for this item does not exist in the designated marketplace. Amazon is attempting to create the Detail Page for this item on your behalf. If successful, your listing will be created in the designated marketplace within 48 hours”
What does it mean?
The system is unable to create the product due to some error with the SKU.
What causes this error?
This error occurs because the SKU does not exist in the Amazon catalog. The most common reasons for this are:
- The SKU was never successfully added to the Amazon catalog (for example, due to a publishing error that prevented the SKU from being created)
- The SKU was deleted from the Amazon catalog
How to fix it?
If you received this error after trying to recreate a SKU that had been deleted, please wait 24 hours for the system to update before trying to create the SKU again.
If you receive more errors, try resolving those first before submitting inventory or pricing information.
