Good morning, how are you?
How can I create a collection or an XML with all the products in my e-commerce? I tried creating it via “/admin/collections/” and via store framework, but not all products were indexed.
Best regards,
Rafael

Good morning, @rafael_comolatti!
Have you tried following the steps in our documentation Configure XML | VTEX Help Center?

Good afternoon @KarinaMota, how are you?
Yes, I followed the steps, however I wasn’t able to create a collection with the nearly 150,000 products we have active on the site… is there any way to add them to a collection to create an XML with all of them?
@rafael_comolatti I’m checking with our team to see if there’s a KI linked to this behavior.
Could you let me know if you’d like this XML to carry out the integration with Google Shopping? Because if so, perhaps using the native connector would be an option. ![]()
Good morning @KarinaMota
No, in this case I need that XML for an integration using useinsider…
Thanks in advance
Good morning, @rafael_comolatti!
Rafael, based on what I checked with my team, we don’t have a fixed value tied to a product limit in a collection, especially because it also depends on the individual size of each product (e.g.: 5 products with many images and very long names take up more “space” in data than 10 small ones).
But this problem may be occurring due to a timeout in the application, either when updating the collection or when exporting that data.
That being the case, the recommended approach here would be to split your products into at least two collections and generate two separate XMLs for this integration. ![]()
