Specific Payment Terms for SKUs

Hey everyone,

On my website, I have payment options via credit card and bank slip (boleto bancário). However, there’s a product category where I’d like the boleto option to not show up at checkout when only products from that category are in the cart (it’s fine if it shows up when there are other categories in the cart together, or if it doesn’t show up in that same situation either).

I tried creating a Commercial Condition called “Padrão2”, then linking the Payment Conditions and the SKU following the tutorial: Cadastrar condição comercial

However, it didn’t work. The product, even when alone in the cart, still shows the boleto option.

Has anyone done this before and can explain how to set it up properly, or is there another alternative?

Hi!

The commercial condition of a SKU is intended to guide different payment conditions for the same payment method, not to filter the payment methods themselves.

In other words, it serves to vary between offering the payment condition “up to 3 installments interest-free” and “up to 12 installments interest-free” depending on the items in a cart, but it cannot change the display of Boleto Bancário in the same way.

I’m not able to suggest alternatives using the platform’s native tools.

Good afternoon,

I created the 3-installment interest-free payment condition and linked a SKU to it. Now, how do I enable it so the customer can purchase this product in 3 interest-free installments?

Thank you.

@gabrielff theoretically it should work automatically.

But it’s worth highlighting the cases where there may be carts with SKUs from two commercial conditions — in that case, it’s worth taking a look at the following documentation:

If the condition still isn’t working, can you send me the cart link so I can check it on my end? You can share the cart link through Cartman:
