Hey everyone, is there any filter I can use in the feed configuration that allows an order to come back to the feed after posting a comment on it?
I currently use order status and return note as filters, but there are some orders I can no longer retrieve from the feed because they’ve had an invoiced status for more than a few months and I didn’t pull them in time — meaning they’ve already dropped off the feed. So the idea would be to add a comment on the order and have that action bring it back to the feed.
Since the request is hardcoded in my system, I can’t use another API like getorder, for example… my only option is the feed.
