I took a look at the documentation and passed it along to my team. However, we already have an integration with another one of our clients, but we wanted to get in touch with the VTEX team to request more than just the documentation — to be able to ask questions if our developer needs to, and to set up a test environment to check how the integration is currently working.
I also tried opening a ticket with them to establish this, but I wasn’t able to either. I even asked our client to open a ticket with them, but there was no response, which is why I opened this topic to see if I could get an answer.

I believe that, just like integration partners who maintain payment connectors with VTEX, you’ll need to contract an environment so you can publish, certify, update, and have access to VTEX support for the development and maintenance of your integration.
Have you already registered TRS Sistemas as a new partner?

I will let my team know about this. It’s regarding TRS Sistemas joining as a new partner — I’ve already filled out the information on the VTEX Partner link you sent me. As I mentioned above, we had previously integrated with VTEX and the client is still using the solution to this day. But even after filling out the information, there has been no response either to my contact or to the ticket our client opened on the matter.
