We use the VTEX panel Dashboard, in the Sales Performance field, to run some cross-references. However, I need this Dashboard to show the total invoiced sales value.
But the value displayed does not include the shipping cost for each order.
How can I make it actually take into account the total order value (including shipping)?

In that same dashboard, there’s an option to change the metric to “Billed Revenue” and other options by following this path:
You can also change it in Orders, Average Ticket, Items per Order, and Average Price per Item.
Could you try changing it from there and let me know if that solution works for you?

Hi @KarinaMota! The point I mentioned and need a solution for is the fact that this value doesn’t include shipping, meaning it’s not the total order value — it’s just the value of the purchased products.
Is there any way to pull the real total value of the purchase, including shipping?
