We would be interested in implementing a new payment gateway on the VTEX platform for a provider for whom we develop plugins for various CMSes. From what we have seen it is necessary to apply for a partnership https://developers.vtex.com/vtex-developer-docs/docs/payment-provider-protocol, so we should not develop an app. We are not clear about this, once the partnership between the gateway and VTEX is made, who does the implementation of the gateway?
