This topic aims to discuss the scenario where customers need to access very old orders!
As previously communicated, starting January 1, 2024, it is no longer possible to retrieve order data older than 2 years through the platform. This decision is aligned with privacy and data security regulations and is intended to protect the privacy and integrity of our merchants’ and customers’ information.
You can only export orders less than 2 years old, filtering in 6-month intervals! Here is our Help link on how to perform the export.
