Good afternoon, I have two sites within a platform, one I’m selling from normally, the other was inactive, but I’m still paying the monthly fee. Now I want to start using it again, but when I log in with the email I used before, it opens the one that’s already live! Does anyone know how I can access it?

In this case, you’re using the multi-store context, right?
In theory, you can check it in the admin panel in the top left corner.
But if you want to open it directly, you can use the following URLs:
