Shipping products to Amazon

I’m trying to upload some products to Amazon. I filled out the mapping spreadsheet, submitted it, no errors appeared, but the products aren’t going up. Has anyone been through this or something similar?

Even though no error appeared, did you check/try to reindex the product you sent to Amazon?

Is the commercial policy linked to the product the same as the one on Amazon? I suggest doing a checkup based on this documentation.

Check whether the products/SKUs are active based on this article.

If everything still looks fine, I suggest opening a ticket directly with VTEX here.
