It happens every time something is uploaded to the platform, like a Banner — the site it rejects is the store site we work with on VTEX.

Good morning Karina!
In the Storefront > Site editor > MZ | Home - content layout section, where we edit the store’s category banners, clicking on it shows the following message:
“The connection to www.amey.com.br was refused”
Because of this, we are unable to edit the store’s banners, except for the featured banner at the top of the site, which is working normally.

With that in mind, the ideal thing is for you to check if your user has only one single access profile linked to it with the necessary permissions. Since the problem only occurs with you, I strongly believe it’s related to your email or some browser extension.
For that reason, in addition to checking the access profile linked to your user, I’d like to ask you to run a test in a Google Chrome incognito tab, alright?
