Hey everyone, I’m trying to sync products from VTEX to Netshoes, but I’ve run into two errors and can’t find a solution:

We’ve been revisiting some topics on our platform that went unanswered and I came across yours! Let’s dive in…
Regarding the error:
Product without price. Please, insert a valid value. Keep in mind, the field “Preço De” must be greater or equal than the value of “Preço Por” field.
Looking into similar cases from other stores that got the same error, I found that this can happen with products that have no stock in the Commercial Policy linked to the marketplace in question. So if there’s truly nothing wrong with the price, checking the stock and the delivery SLA for those products under the relevant Commercial Policy might be a good move.
This error is usually related to changes made to the product registration after the product has already been processed in the marketplace.
Regarding the error:
{“errors”:[“This product is on Status APPROVED, then cannot be updated.”]}
This means the product has already been approved through Netshoes’ workflow, and there’s nothing more we can change on our end. In these cases, the seller needs to make the update directly in the marketplace.
