Mercado Livre Authentication Error

I disconnected my VTEX store from my Mercado Livre store via the VTEX integrator. When I tried to redo the connection, it throws an error at the authentication step. My VTEX configuration is correct, and I’m logged into the main Mercado Livre account — everything looks right!

Here’s the error:

@solanocastelo we identified an update on Mercado Livre that caused this issue, but it looks like our team has already managed to fix it!

In this case, the best thing to do would be to clear your cache and use a different browser to try redoing this authentication — could you test that on your end and let me know if it works?

I still can’t connect, my ticket with VTEX is still in progress. I’ve already tested it on other browsers, in incognito mode, with cache cleared, logging into all accounts at the time, then with the Mercado Livre account already logged in… The error persists!

Yes, I already have ticket 996305 open since 03/07/2024, but so far we haven’t been able to resolve it. I thought someone here in the community might have gone through the same thing and found another way to fix it. VTEX is taking way too long to resolve this.
