Integration error between Mercado Livre and Vtex

I integrated the store with Mercado Livre via the Mercado Livre Classic app, but it’s showing a product integration error with the message:

"MercadoLivre Classic - Processed with error

Sku not integrated because your user does not have permission to sell on Mercado Livre.

Please review your registration details on Mercado Livre or contact them for guidance on how to proceed.

Causes: restrictions coliving"

According to Mercado Livre support, my account is able to make sales normally.

Any solution?

I’m also having some difficulties with the MeLi / VTEX integration.

This error hasn’t appeared for me yet. I’ll keep an eye on it.
