Esse log não está ajudando muito rs! Primeiro é válido entender se foi algo pontual, ou se há outros casos. Imagino que tenha sido um único caso. Já tive situações de haver alguma intermitência ou erro de comunicação com a adquirente. Como o Eduardo Melo disse, é aconselhável verificar diretamente com a adquirente.

@Eduardo Gomes​ sao 4 casos em 6 meses. Não dá 0,5%, mas gostaria de entender. Será que alguem da VTEX poderia esclarecer?

@Bruno Resende​ nesse cenário então acho válido abrir um chamado para o ser analisado, mais conforme o @Eduardo Gomes​ disse por ser um erro de comunicação.
