The payment configuration and processing is handled by the Connector — in this case, Cielo. VTEX is passive in this process.

Please confirm whether you followed the correct steps for filling in all the fields: Conector Cielo para VTEX (visão geral)

If any error occurred, the recommendation is to go through the procedure with Cielo on a call.

We’ve already worked with a client where Cielo had to join the configuration session via Meet and went through testing all the entered data. After that, an order test was carried out until the correct configuration was reached.

Therefore, there’s nothing more for you to do on the VTEX side, since you’ve already configured the connector and the payment conditions.
