Hello, I have given postal code ranges from 0-99999 to carrier but in checkout if i type any number between 0-99999 it is just showing invalid postalcode.how can i get rid of this?

If it appears just like this example, it should pass on the Checkout UI too:
If it does not appear, it means something is incorret in the shipping rates table. If this is the case, can you share with us your store name?
