I’m writing to seek guidance on modeling the shipping policy for digital products that we have recently added to our catalogs. Since digital products are intangible and do not require physical delivery, the traditional shipping methods and costs are not applicable.
Can anyone help me to modal shipping policy for handling digital products ?
Hi @nithish.sukumaran, usually to work with digital products at VTEX you need to configure them with infinity avaliability, in a free shipping policy, and you’ll need some front-end customizations at VTEX smart checkout to hide the shipping fields and fullfil the orderForm with some generic shipping adress to be able to make an order.
