Amazon mapping - error: inactive SKU

Hi, I’m trying to integrate a product on Amazon, but it keeps returning an error — inactive SKU.
Can anyone help me?

Did you get a chance to check if the trade policy linked to the product is the same as the one on Amazon?

The link works, but when I click to view catalog errors, it goes to the page that shows “content in translation”.

Sku is inactive

The SKU is not active in VTEX, and only active SKUs are integrated. In some cases, this error is triggered by old collections linked to the Amazon trade policy that contain inactive SKUs.

Check the SKU status in your Admin, under the PRODUCTS > Catalog > Products and SKUs module and, if necessary, activate the SKU.
