I’m trying to map the category to upload products to Shopee, but in the mapping it shows “No category found for this marketplace”, does anyone know how to fix this?

I did follow that step-by-step guide, but even so the VTEX system doesn’t bring up the Shopee categories for mapping.
I’m waiting for them to respond to my ticket.

I just logged in to check on VTEX and the categories to map appeared.

it took about 4 business days for them to respond to my ticket, but it worked out — I’ve already uploaded products.
