I need support. We have an integration with VTEX where we register external sellers. When we register a product with SKUs, they initially appear in the store with the “sold and delivered by” showing the external seller’s name. However, when an order is placed for that SKU, the “sold and delivered by” is being changed to the seller with ID 1.
We are following the External Seller Connector process, but we are running into this problem.
The image below shows an example of what happens when clicking to display the price and inventory — you can see “Clizio teste”, which is sellerID 1 and is a VTEX Seller type, and “Loja IT…” which is an external seller.
When I register the product, everything looks correct with the “sold and delivered by” showing the external seller as the one selling and delivering. However, when an order is placed for that product, the “sold and delivered by” changes to sellerID 1, which in this case is “Clizio teste”.
