Not sure if you caught the message below from @dante.chacon explaining how stock prioritization works:
So considering that VTEX always picks the most advantageous shipping option and the “time spent” for in-store pickup is normally zero, it might be that since the main store’s shipping always has a higher “time spent”, the priority ends up going to in-store pickup after all.
But the only way to know for sure is to run some tests following Dante’s recommendation.
