Can't retrieve logs in my Node app

I used this article Managing application logs to write logs in my Node app. But I can’t retrieve those logs with the vtex logs command. Does anyone know how to retrieve these logs? Thanks in advance for any help!)

I’ve implemented this log before and wasn’t able to access it through the CLI as described in the article — I had to request the logs from the VTEX team and they provided them to me. I believe that’s the only way to obtain the logs.

@v.topalo just a question, did you manage to install the plugin? Are you getting any error messages?
I was able to install it and it’s working on my end.
