Good afternoon. We have some products registered only in VTEX, as pre-sale items. And they keep showing up as the most recent ones in the “new arrivals” category. I’d like to know how to change this order, since other products are being indexed normally through the ERP and are falling behind. The feeling you get when entering the page is that nothing has changed, since the same product always remains the most recent.

This is the default behavior for searches sorted by release date, since pre-sale products have the most “recent” date within the store’s catalog.
Would your goal be to have these pre-sale products not show up on the site at all? I think the best way to do that would be to use a Merchandising Rule as described in our documentation here so that these products are removed or demoted.
