Hello, I’d like to know where I can find the subscription frequency in the orders, because in the orders spreadsheet, the Item Attachments column only shows this information for the 1st order — which is the one that creates the subscription — and the recurring ones don’t have it marked. In the subscription dashboard, I can’t match by email either, since some customers have more than one subscription but with different frequencies. We’re unable to figure out how many orders there are in total for each frequency. Here’s an example: joao@email.com has 2 different subscriptions (45 days and 1 month) and multiple orders, and I can’t tell which order belongs to which frequency.
Is there really no way to find this out?
