I need to create a promotion using a cluster. I’ve already created the field in Master Data, but when I try to create the promotion, I get the following error.
The field created in Master Data was named ciipes.
ERROR Some customer cluster expressions do not have a valid field name.
Change the following expressions: ciipes=true.

Could you confirm that the field name is exactly the same as what’s configured in the data entity? Specifically, could you verify that it matches the Name field and not the Display Name field?
The error you shared would indicate a name mismatch that is preventing this field from being found.
