Payment Issue - URGENT

Good afternoon, I’m Carol, my site is giving an error on payment, across all payment methods — when the purchase is completed, the following message appears:

Please review your payment details

Your purchase was not completed due to a problem with payment authorization.

Your payment was declined due to incorrect information or insufficient balance.

Can anyone help me figure out if the problem is with the site or with PagBank? Is there somewhere on the site I can update to see if that fixes it!?

Good afternoon! This message is based on the response that VTEX receives from the connector — it appears when the purchase authorization has been denied for some reason. You would need to analyze the logs in TRANSACTIONS for a given order. It most likely shows AuthorizationDenied.
