The upload of products to my website is done via ERP integration, meaning there is no need for manual entry. We know that for these products to be visible for purchase, they need to meet some basic requirements, and we already know what those are. The issue is that VTEX does not provide a report that shows which products are visible — only whether they are active or inactive. I would like to know which tools I can use to identify products that are invisible, as the only way I can currently do so is through the Indexing History on the product page.

Unfortunately, we don’t have a native way to do this through a spreadsheet export. There are several factors that can prevent a product from being displayed on your store’s front end, ranging from stock and price issues to SLA unavailability or a missing specification — whether it’s a product or SKU specification that has been set as required.
I believe the best approach would be to check the logistics of your stock locations and export an inventory report for each of them, export prices and a full product listing, and then manipulate these three spreadsheets via Excel.
