Promotion only works on some Android devices

Hello everyone, good afternoon,
I set up a “buy together” promotion on VTEX with a 20% discount, and the promotion only works on some Android devices — it doesn’t work on iPhone or desktop.

Has anyone experienced this?

It never happened to me, but how long ago did you create it? Because what happened to me once is that it took hoursss to work on some browsers, so it might be a cache issue on your end too, which could explain that false impression of the promotion being unstable.

Hi @nat, we ran some more tests, and setting the minimum quantity to 1 piece in the items section above worked, but the specifications don’t mention that — they ask for a minimum of 2 pieces.
