Orders are invoiced and the invoice information has been sent from my ERP to VTEX, but this information isn’t reaching Shopee to release the shipping label. What could be causing this?
Is this happening only on Shopee, or on other Marketplaces as well??
If the order is being processed normally and followed the invoicing flow, this error is between VTEX and Shopee.

Check if new orders are integrating normally. I mean.. after this error.
They aren’t — the Shopee integration is new, I checked everything and it looks fine: the invoices are filled in, the Access Key, everything is correct. New Shopee orders are coming through in VTEX, but the invoice and billing information isn’t being sent over there to release the shipping label. I just opened a ticket; once I get a response I’ll share it here too.
I’m having this same issue in other stores, I was researching to open a ticket.
I haven’t tested it yet, but they responded to the ticket informing that there is a new required field to integrate the invoice with Shopee.
“A few weeks ago, Shopee made the XML mandatory for invoices to be successfully integrated into their platform.
In this case, the only way to integrate order invoices will be by registering this data in the embeddedInvoice field of the orders.”
