Good morning, everyone. How’s it going? In VTEX, under the email template tab, in templates, we can create new emails. I noticed that VTEX already has predefined keys for some email types, but if I want to create a new email — for example: “preparing for delivery.” When creating a new email template, the JSON file is blank. How is the JSON file generated so that I can use it in the HTML code of the email?
