I have an order that's in Dafiti's sellercenter and it's not syncing to vtex. I've already checked if it's stuck in Vtex and it's not. When it shows up with an error, I request reprocessing, but in this case where it doesn't even appear, I don't know what to do.

Acredito que seria interessante abrir um ticket na DAFITI e conseguir o response que a VTEX devolve quando o sellercenter tenta enviar o pedido para a VTEX.

Após isso abrir um ticket na plataforma para tentar entender o que aconteceu
