Purchase attempt with no name

Good afternoon everyone!
Can you help me with a question please? I’d like to understand what may have happened with these purchase attempts of around R$ 7,000, with no customer name. Could VTEX have blocked them for having no name and for security reasons? None of them are showing up in the dashboard now.

The payment actually appears that way, without the additional details, when there are issues in the checkout flow. Since the order wasn’t completed, the payment ends up incomplete as well. But that in itself isn’t the reason the purchase didn’t go through.

You can check the order instead of the payment to better understand the context. It’s worth running a test with the specific payment method to make sure it’s behaving as expected, and also to find out whether the customer completed all the steps in order to actually finalize the payment.

I’m not entirely sure how it works in this specific case, but just as a hypothesis — a Pix order not being paid within the allotted time would be one example. It wouldn’t be surprising if an order/payment under those conditions showed up without that data on the transaction screen.
