Good afternoon, folks. I’m having a small problem with the search results.
When I type in a specific keyword for a product, it shows up in the autocomplete suggestions just fine. But if I press Enter after searching, it returns a page that doesn’t exist.

Some products have synonyms registered, such as ‘i24-102’ — this synonym appears in the autocomplete as you can see in the video above, but it doesn’t show up in the search results.
Ideally, all products that have this synonym should appear in the search results.
Or if there’s another way to have this synonym included in the ‘description, meta tag, etc…’
Unfortunately, using the product name alone wouldn’t work.
I had an old support ticket open, but since I hadn’t interacted with it for a long time, it probably got lost in the shuffle
